Mike Defendant Reviews: "Cars, Bars And Weirdos" by Viceroy Kings.

I have been a fan of this band for a while, seen em a few times, played shows with em. I absolutely love their rockabilly/country/punk sound. Im gonna jump right in with a quick review of "Cars, Bars And Weirdos" by Dayton Ohio's Viceroy Kings!

This 3 song release is packed full to the brim with pure musical talent. The first song is the title track "Cars, Bars And Weirdos". It starts off slow with some killer guitar riffage and some very pleasant piano. It picks up pretty quickly. If you aren't dancing by the time the chorus kicks in, you'll be moving once they hit the gang vocals. This one is a banger all the way through. Always fun to hear at a show as well.

The second song is called "Cholula".
This one is kinda groovey. Old rock n roll vibes.. the good kind. The guitar solo is a little psychedelic even. The chorus is extremely catchy and often gets stuck in my head.
The instrumentation is on point as well.

The third and final song is called "Professional Againster" it is an absolute ripper. Everyone in this band is showing nothing but skill. Its for fans of bands like Motorhead! True rock n roll roots.

Guitar solos, rippin piano, loud fast drums, rad bass work.. This album has it all. Give these tracks a listen ASAP! link below!
